Tresco Rotorua B&B has 5 guest rooms. We combine the old NZ home outside, with the most modern inside, but maintaining the 1920’s period.  Some high ceilings (some with paintings) and English 1920’s Grandfather clock, add to the appeal of the home. All rooms are very comfortable, thermally heated, very clean and smoke free. Tresco is part of the Rotorua Sustainable Charter.

Our rooms have either a Double bed, Queen bed, Single bed, or a combination of Queen bed AND Single bed. Some rooms have Ensuites, some have a sink/basin/vanity in the room and they SHARE a Shower Room and a Room with toilet and sink/basin.

Our Winter Rate is from 1st.May to 30th.September inclusive.
In Winter a Discount MAY apply. Please discuss this with us.   In Winter ALL our facilities are available AND, in Winter in Classic Tresco Private Hotel B&B our rare 100% Geothermal Hot pool from under the ground STEAMS in the cold air, as do the many local Rotorua Geothermal attractions.  This IS an experience to remember.  In Summer our FRUIT TREES are for YOU to personally pick fruit from.  We have in the gardens Lemon, Tangelo [ a mixture of Orange/Tangerine /Grapefruit which taste like Marmalade] and a Sweet Guava called ‘Fiejoa’.  Does fresh fruit taste different?   PLEASE YOU DECIDE.

Room with Single bed and shared facility, NZ$80.
Room with Single bed and Ensuite, NZ$120.
Room with Queen or Twin beds + Ensuite, NZ$120 – NZ$150.
Room with Double or Queen + Single bed + Ensuite, NZ$150 - NZ$180.

Bookings of 3 or more nights attract a 10% DISCOUNT.
Bookings of 7 or more nights attract a negotiatable higher Discount.

ALL bookings INCLUDE FULL cooked breakfast, FULL free use of our Geothermal Pool, + NZ taxes.

We offer you a warm welcome to our lovely home.

ALL beds have electric blankets for your comfort. All rooms are lockable for your personal security. Fresh towels are supplied every day, and room service can be provided on request.

Complimentary refreshments and a large TV are available in our large guest lounge, together with a small fridge to store you snacks and/or drinks.

Guests are welcome to use our hairdryers and iron.  A Laundry and drying room is available to guests.  There are NO cooking facilities as local cafes etc are 2 minutes walk from us.
